Potatoes Paprikosh

 
This is a family favorite. I grew up eating this. Now all my sisters and their families eat it and I'm sure the next generation will as well. I have no idea if you were to search this recipe on-line what you'd come up with. But this is what my family calls it and how we make it. And amazingly enough, it is one of the foods my son can eat, so we eat it often. I hope your family likes it as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1 package frozen diced potatoes
2 TBS Oil
2 TBS Paprika
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 package hot dogs sliced

 

Directions:

Heat oil with all the spices until sizzly (is that a word?) then add potatoes and cook until nearly done.

Slice hot dogs and stir into potatoes. Cook 5-7 more minutes.

(we like the potatoes a little crispy)
