Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Chicken

Got this recipe from my friend Kevin in New Hampshire. He made them one night and posted them on facebook and I HAD to try them! They are yummy! The recipe is written a bit differently...because it is in a per person portion. So just make as many as you need! (a GREAT side dish for these would be the Southern Green Beans!)

Ingredients:

1 boneless skinless chicken breast (per person)
2 TBLS cream cheese
1 TBLS green onion, chopped
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp savory seasoning
2 pieces bacon (partially cooked)

Directions:

Pound out chicken breast so it is about 1/4 inch thick
Mix together cream cheese and spices
Spread cheese mixture over 1 side of chicken
Roll chicken up to conceal cheese mixture
Wrap bacon around chicken and secure with toothpick
Place on baking sheet for 30 minutes at 375
Turn oven to broil and leave in for 5 minutes to crisp bacon
