Attorney General Sidesteps Questions About Seizure Of Phone Records

(Washington, DC)  --  Attorney General Eric Holder is sidestepping questions about the seizure of reporters' phone records.  The seizures were part of an ongoing criminal investigation into the leaks of classified information.  Holder said he recused himself from the investigation some time ago.  A U.S. attorney, selected by Holder, is leading the investigation.  Holder said one leak-in-particular was especially serious and potentially damaging to national security.
